Hello, yesterday (01/01/2025) I was in London and used the AIRPORT BUS EXPRESS shuttle to go from Liverpool Street to Stansted Airport. I caught the 3.30pm bus from Liverpool Street. I loaded my bags into the trunk of the shuttle and when I unloaded them at the airport, someone took my bag and I took theirs unfortunately. The two suitcases are the same, small and all black. I only noticed the error when I arrived in Italy, in the evening.
I attach photos of the other passenger’s suitcase.
