Hi. I found a provisional driving license this morning in a restaurant in Dumbarton. I work there. It belongs to a young boy from Kirkintilloch. I’m posting it to the address on the card tonight 1st class recorded delivery. I know it’s a long shot someone he knows will see this but I would like him to know it’s on its way back to him.
