GROUP: Lost & Found Property in Chester

Just a long shot, has anyone found a bag by Chester river?
Possibly left on a bench there.
Nothing of value in it material bag with birds on it.
Contains supplies I’d taken with me for my husband, who is disabled.
My brother took him by the river while I attended an appointment, and he feels it may have been left there, possibly on a bench
