GROUP: Lost & Found Property in Kingston upon Hull

This morning, around 11 am, I found this DeWalt vacuum.
It was just sitting on the road in a parking bay with no one about and no cars or vans in the bay; it looked like someone had forgotten to put it into the work van.
If the owner can tell me where they think they left it and tell me what was with it, I’ll let you know where I took it for safekeeping.
