Hi everyone, I’m trying to help reunite someone with their missing carry‑on.
A relative of mine accidentally swapped a black 4‑wheel carry‑on with another passenger on Thursday 25 June at Luton Airport, while waiting to board the flight.
After landing, the swapped bag was handed over to Jersey Airport (Swissport) luggage handlers.
We’ve since learned that our own bag was kindly returned to Luton Lost & Found, where it has now been collected.
