GROUP: Lost & Found Property @ Bristol Airport

My friend accidentally picked up the wrong suitcase after arriving at Bristol Airport on TUI flight TOM649 from Sharm El Sheikh in the early hours of this morning.
The suitcase she picked up is identical to hers, so it was an honest mistake.
The suitcase she has belongs to Elizabeth Randall, and we’re hoping Elizabeth, or someone who knows her, sees this post.
If you were on this flight and have discovered you have the wrong suitcase, or if you know Elizabeth Randall, please send me a message as soon as possible so we can arrange to swap the luggage.
We have been on the phone all morning with Tui, Bristol Airport, and Swisport, and just keep getting passed from pillar to post.
