GROUP: Lost & Found Property in Portsmouth

Yesterday I found a North Face rucksack in Salisbury City Centre.
It was there all afternoon, and I didn’t want it getting into the wrong hands.
From some correspondence in the bag, it had the name Allen Rose, who could possibly be from around the Portsmouth/Cosham area.
It has specific ID in the bag but no number or address.
It has been registered on a lost/found website, and I would love it to be reunited.
If anyone could share it around the area, I’d appreciate it.
