GROUP: Lost & Found Property in Glastonbury

Hello, I hope this is okay. This item has been sitting on my wall outside for coming up to 3 weeks now.
The initial ‘J’ has what looks like either animal or human hair encased. I think the blue Videx is so you can locate it, but so far it’s still here on my wall.
