GROUP: Lost & Found Property in Brighton

I found this National Disability Card near Brighton Station by chance.
If anyone knows the owner, Louise Usher, please ask her to get in touch with me so I can return it to her.
I already tried to hand it over to the police, but they told me they don’t accept lost documents and advised me to leave it somewhere safe or try to find the owner myself.
