GROUP: Lost & Found Property in Chester le Street

Found this phone in Chester last night.
Does anyone recognise this baby/screen saver?
I’ll keep it on charge in hopes that somebody can remote locate it or somebody calls.
There is an emergency contact name visible… but I cannot access it.
Proposed owner must be able to give me the emergency contact name or unlock the pin, otherwise I’ll be handing it in to the police station in a couple of days.
