GROUP: Lost & Found Property in Colchester

Hello everyone,
I have found a HUAWEI phone. It doesn’t have a SIM, or I would have tried to call them.
I found it just outside Hythe Tesco’s.
It looks like it’s not even been set up yet, so I don’t know what to do.
