GROUP: Lost & Found Property in Scarborough

Found on South Cliff roundabout; believe a motorcyclist riding a Repsol with an L plate on may be the owner; unfortunately, I couldn’t grab it before it was run over.
Has been handed in to Scarborough police station as I don’t live anywhere near here.
