GROUP: Lost & Found Property on ThamesLink

I noticed a phone was left on a seat on a Thameslink train towards Peterborough on the 5th August sometime between 22:45 & 23:30.
I took it and charged it in the hope that someone could call and I could return it.
The owner has reset it to factory.
