GROUP: Lost & Found Property in Oxford

My black Quechua daypack was lost today, and I desperately need it back.
To the person who has my bag:
I will give you $1,000, no questions asked, if you return the bag with everything in it.
I agree not to press charges if I get back my stuff.
I’m begging for help. You have medication I desperately need within a week, my passport, which I can’t travel without, and my laptop, which I use for work.
I was supposed to leave the UK tomorrow, and now I can’t leave.
I will have serious health problems if I can’t get that medication back.
The bag is a black Quechua daypack, sized for Ryanair’s personal item rack, with brown accents.
It has two water bottles clipped into the sides.
