GROUP: Lost & Found Property in Sunderland

After a night out in Sunderland on Tuesday 10th Feb, my group I was with ended up with another group after leaving Ttonic and we all went back to a house for a bit of an after party.
The house was a student house with some foreign students.
I think I left my bag (black backpack) and long black coat.
Trying to remember where the house was is a blur, but it was over Southwick/High Southwick way.
Items hold sentimental value as well as my bag holding items I need so any help is appreciated.
