Hi everyone,

I’ve recently traveled from Melbourne to London with Turkish airlines. I flew out on April 2nd and the airline lost my luggage which i have been without for over a week now. With it being airtagged I can see it has been at Heathrow airport for 3 days now but have not been contacted. I have tried calling the airline at heathrow but they are no help. Does anyone recommend just going to the airport to try and get it back? I need it before Friday as I go off to another country. This is also my first time travelling alone and I’ve been really upset and stressed because I’ve been messed around with for over a week now and I just want my clothes and personal items back :(( If anyone has any suggestions please let me know! Thank you
