Is there an easier way of attempting to retrieve lost items from a train? Travelling to Tonbridge to paddock wood via the Folkestone train. My daughter left her bag and AirPods and (8 days old🥲🙄) and a sentimental key ring on her keys, on the train. I’ve completed the online form but wondered if anyone else had any other tips / tricks in attempt to retrieve it please 🥹. I’ve tried to call but they’re not helpful and keep passing me back online.
