GROUP: Lost & Found Property on CrossCountry

Hello,
My husband left a black and light grey/khaki rucksack on the 11:30 Birmingham New Street train on Saturday, May 30th, 2026.
We got off at Cheltenham Spa and realized he had left it.
The train was going to Cardiff Central.
Unfortunately, it has my husband’s US passport in it.
That’s the most important thing we need back.
