URGENT – LOST BAG – £250 REWARD
PLEASE SHARE – We desperately need your help!
Details: Date: Sunday, 5th January 2025
Flight: TOM2113 (TUI)
Route: Las Palmas, Gran Canaria → Manchester Airport
Arrival: Approximately 23:00 (11pm)
A bag containing climbing equipment was lost either on the aircraft or at Manchester Airport.
Inside is something irreplaceable – our 9-year-old son’s holiday journal. He’s absolutely heartbroken. It contains all his precious memories, drawings, and thoughts from our trip.
While the climbing equipment is expensive, the journal is priceless to our family.
What happened:
We were told by TUI staff at Manchester that our luggage (along with about half the other passengers’) would arrive on the next flight. They gave us a PIR number (which turned out to just be the flight number) and then had us fill in a damaged luggage form with a reference number that’s proven useless.
We’re now terrified our bag is lost forever in the system.
£250 REWARD for its safe return – no questions asked.
If you, were on this flight, work at Manchester Airport (especially baggage handling/lost property), work for TUI, have ANY information

It would mean the absolute world to our little boy to get his journal back. Please share this far and wide.
