GROUP: Lost & Found Property in London

Hello everyone, I lost my bag from the stroller this evening, in front of the British Museum, and we got the video of the guy who stole our bag from a nearby CCTV camera.
I have attached the video and the photos of that guy.
The bag was a navy blue-coloured Tommy Hilfiger medium-sized backpack, and our car key and bank cards were in it.
