GROUP: Lost & Found Property on Avanti West Coast

My mum travelled on 11th August, leaving Birmingham New Street at 14:07, arriving at Oxenholme at 16-21.
Unfortunately, someone had taken her bag by mistake and left theirs, exactly the same small black backpack.
She has returned the one she found to the station in Oxenholme.
