To the young lady that took my Black Samsonite carry on luggage at the security check point on Monday January 7th, 2025 at Terminal 5 between 2pm-2:30pm please please contact me! Security agent reviewed CCTV and you can be seeing taking the wrong luggage. I am sure it was just an accident and you confused it with your luggage. I just really need my children’s belonging and my son’s medical retainer back please 🙏.
