GROUP: Lost & Found Property @ Heathrow Airport

This evening I accidentally picked up the wrong suitcase from the baggage area and need to return it/collect my own.
I have the owner’s details on the flight luggage tag and can’t get hold of the flight carrier (SAS Airlines) until tomorrow morning.
There are no other details for this cases’ owner in/on it.
I know this was a stupid error after a flight delay from Oslo and a subsequent rush to get to a bus connection.
I won’t give details of the person’s name or the contents of their case publically but perhaps this person is looking on here to see if it’s been posted about 🙏
