GROUP: Lost & Found Property on CrossCountry

My husband accidentally picked up someone else’s black hard-shelled suitcase from the luggage store area yesterday on the Plymouth (12.27) to Glasgow Central train – Ist Class carriage A.
We got off at Cheltenham Spa at around 15.12.
It belongs to Rachel and Simon, who we think got on at Taunton, but there was no tag.
They’d been to a funeral. The case has been dropped off and registered at Gloucester GWR station.
My suitcase, though, hasn’t been found. It’s shiny grey, hard-shelled with 4 wheels, and was fully expanded.
It does have my name inside on a red/orange label tag.
It contains, amongst other things, some items of sentimental value.
On the off chance that someone was in the same carriage and sees this and knows Rachel and Simon, who have a missing case, or has picked up the wrong bag or saw that mine was still on the train during the journey to Glasgow after Cheltenham, then please direct message me.
